1Adjustment of those bigger changing parts such as up and down movement of upper mould, middle brake forward and backward (synchronization), movement of material receive shelf, chain track synchronization are adopted electromotion adjust. Hence, the movements are nicety, equality and stable. The movement of lower mould is adjusted in-phase.
2The On, Off Switch of the stoves are adopted the temp-control automatic control switches. The separate solid state pressure adjustment control of 90 area makes the temperature more suitable to the plastic sheet. The heating is easy control and the electricity consumption is low.
3The sheet sending is adopted motor transmission, worm wheel reduction transmission. Frequency conversion, speed adjustment, circumrotate coding together with the text display decide the length. It is easily operated and controlled.
4This machine adopts the function of vibration demoulding and second moulding to assist the perfection of the product and avoid the distortion of the products such as different thickness of moulding, inverse buckle, water lines and difficult take out angle etc.
5This machine adopts movements of front brake, middle brake, back brake, fan motor, water-spray, sheet putting and up moulding. These movements can be separately controlled under the conditions of auto and manual operation. These movements are more suitable for moulding manufacture of various products.
6Material feeding shelf adopts double material position sets. It is very convenient and easy operation.
7This machine adopts imported electrical components and pneumatic components to ensure the quality of the machine. We have time interval setting control and PLC control two types for customers to choose.
